The Body

As you look at the body, you’ll know that these two RC cars are completely different, you can tell which one is which easily with no problems at all.

The Arrma Felony comes with a sports car body while the Infraction comes with a pickup body that looks sporty and eye-catching.

The Arrma Infraction VS Felony bodies have some similarities though, especially in the front.

The Arrma Infraction VS Felony front end looks similar, first of all, in terms of headlights since they both have incomplete round lights.

The classic look on these two RC cars also makes them look like they have a lot in common which they do actually.

Other than that, the bodies are different.

Here are some of the major differences and similarities of the Arrma Infraction VS Felony:

If you’d like to know more details about the bodies of these two RC cars, check the full reviews of the Felony as well as the Infraction.

So, If the Arrma Infraction VS Felony bodies are different, what about the chassis? Is it different as well?

The Chassis

Arrma Infraction VS Felony Full Comparison. Which Is the Best RC Car?

The Arrma Infraction VS Felony chassis are almost the same, there might be some different details that we wouldn’t pay attention to since they’re not that important.

But in general, these two are so similar, unlike the bodies.

They have the same platform as well as the same. If I show you the two chassis without the bodies, it would be really hard to distinguish them!

They come with the same parts, even the same motor, as well as the same other parts.

There is a small difference though in the wheels. The 4 wheels that come with the Infraction have all the same size.

On the other hand, the Felony’s rear wheels are bigger by 7mm than the front wheels.

This change in the wheels is a result of a change in the gear ratio in the Felony. That’s a good point, the bad one though is the fact that you can’t change with aftermarket wheels unless you change gears.

On the other side, the Infraction has no problem with that!

Finally, the Arrma Infraction VS Felony chassis contain some parts that add more reliability and toughness including the big front bumpers as well as the center metal bar in the middle of the chassis.

So, whether you get the Infraction or the Felony, you’ll have no problem changing the parts and upgrading them except for the Felony’s tires.

Arrma Infraction VS Felony Performance

The low ground clearance, the sharp sporty look, the sporty tires, and the high-performance parts are all great indicators that show you how powerful these two RC cars are.

When it comes to the high speed, the Arrma Infraction VS Felony has the same which is 80mph.

This speed can be reached using double 6s Lipo batteries, the included speed pinion gear, a Spektrum® Firma™ 4074 2050Kv Brushless Motor, and a 150A Smart ESC for both RC cars.

If you don’t want to put the 6s Lipo batteries, you can go just for the 4s but with less performance and speed.

Other than the speed and drag racing, The Infraction and the Felony are made for super fun drifting, especially with these two RC cars.

Their low chassis and tires are super suitable for these types of things.

Also, the optional speed pinion gear isn’t suitable for drifting, by doing so, the temperature of the motor as well as the other parts will rise. This means you risk losing them and your money as well.

So, whenever you want to drift or just have some street bashing, you better keep the normal pinion gear that comes in the chassis.

When racing, put the speed pinion gear on.

So, as you see, you can enjoy two things in these two RC cars, High speed and drifting! Isn’t that cool?

Still, the parts responsible for the performance of the Arrma Infraction VS Felony, there are other external parts which are the Transmitter and the receiver! Are they the same as well?

Arrma Infraction VS Felony Transmitter and the Receiver

Even if you have a powerful RC car, without a strong receiver and transmission, you wouldn’t be able to have a good driving experience.

But, in these two RC cars, you don’t have to worry because they are so powerful and high quality.

By the way, the Arrma Infraction VS Felony transmitter and receiver are the same with the same features and qualities.

Both RC cars come with the Spektrum® 3-Channel DX3 2.4GHz DSMR® radio and SR6110AT Receiver with AVC® which is the Active Vehicle Control.

This system allows you to maintain balance while driving at high speed by turning the wheels automatically whenever the RC car loses balance. It’s a great feature.

There are also some other features like the battery level indicator on the transmitter itself. You have 4 light indicators, the more lights you have on, the high the level of the battery is.

That’s a great feature so you know where to put your RC cars in charge.

In addition to that, you have a hand-brake button for maximum drifting which is so fun.

The best feature though is the Spektrum Dashboard App which is an app that you can download on your smartphone, connect it to your receiver using Bluetooth and see every single detail about your RC car.

That includes the temperature, the top speed, and so many other details.

The Infraction and the Felony both have all these fantastic qualities.
